Welcome

The system of healing called the Bach Flower Remedies was discovered in England by Dr. Edward Bach MB BS MRCS LRCP DPH (1886-1936). These remedies support those suffering from emotional stress.

We are all emotional beings. Everyday we feel different things. There are times when these feelings, if not taken care of, can cause upset and anxiety. This then can lead to actions and consequences which we might regret later.

These remedies are simple to use, are made from wild flowers, from trees and there is one that is from a fresh water spring. They can be used for children, our pets and with plants. We all know that if stress is allowed to build up we can become unwell physically.

Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese word which means ‘finger pressure’.
Shiatsu is a supportive treatment which can help restore your natural sense of strength and well-being for the body, mind and spirit. Pressure points, massage and simple stretches stimulate the body’s energy flow in the ‘acupuncture’ meridians.

Shiatsu is a safe and effective way to support the body to heal many conditions, such as headaches, stress, shoulder tension and fatigue. Shiatsu can be enjoyed during pregnancy from the second trimester.

Metamorphic Technique is a simple, economical technique which can be learned in one weekend workshop.

People have used this technique since the 1960’s. It involves gentle touch on specific parts of the feet, hands and head called spinal reflex areas. The feet represent the direction you are taking in the world, the hands correspond to how you are handling your life, your ability to cope and the head is your centre of communication and planning.

Detachment is important for the practitioner, she is a catalyst during the session. The real work of transformation is guided by the life force of the client or receiver.
